A smile a compliment can give.

Yesterday, when I was having dinner. I thought to watch something on Netflix. I opened Netflix and then looked for anything and found nothing to watch . I just completed the series I was watching "How to sell drugs online fast". I didn’t want to watch YouTube either. So I opened Twitch. I was like what should I watch? I chose the Minecraft in category, and started looking for streams.

As I was looking, I found Horstor. He was building a huge skyscraper. He was doing something. Opening his inventory, crafting things. Using blocks to make walls. Breaking glasses and installing light absorbing 'dark glasses’. I don’t know much about Minecraft. I like it because so many people are happy playing it, also I find it calm and enjoyable.

So, when I was watching. I accidentally followed him. And he called my name and said thanks for following him. It was little funny for me because I didn’t know when I clicked on follow button, and then suddenly heard him saying my name. I then made some jokes in chat.

When he was showing the building he was making. And changing the day time. It was so pretty. The light during the day time was so beautiful. At night, lights inside the building were also beautiful. Then I said "It’s looking so pretty, good job mate". He read it and said “thank you”. And then he started telling how much efforts he’s putting in making it. And he’s making it in a demo world or something, to check out how it’ll come out as. So he can build it in the real world.

I just love it. I love when you say something good about someone or about their thing, they just get happy and start telling you more about it. Like someone is playing a game and you say "hey! You play good" and they get happy and start telling you about what games they like and how much time they put in. Like a child. And at that moment, you’ll feel you’re smiling and listening to them carefully. It’s just awesome.

I don’t want to say much, but we are going through a tough time and this era is also different. People are struggling and it’s getting harder everyday. A small compliment can make their whole day. Not just their whole day, their month or year. Some people remember compliments for long time. So whenever you get time, just compliment someone. Even a small compliment about their clothes or shoes, hair, about their work. Just a simple one. It’ll light their day up and you’ll also feel good.
